Contacting your Teacher:
Also, teacher's e-mail addresses are not listed to avoid them being put onto spam, chain or unwanted lists. Each teacher will have a contact page that states how they'd like to be contacted, or an e-mail link that will either say E-mail or a picture representing e-mail that is a link to send an e-mail.
When you click on the e-mail link, TeacherWeb will open an e-mail "form" page. You must enter your name, e-mail account, the subject of your e-mail, and your message. It will display your IP address, but don't be alarmed - it will only be used to track questionable or undesired e-mails.
Please use this system and keep our e-mail accounts free of unwanted mail. And even though we like a good story, when you get a response from the teacher (which contains their e-mail address), please do not add the e-mail to any lists.

RSS Feeds:
You can get notices sent to you automatically when your teachers make changes to their site. There are three different ways depending on your preference and how many students you have enrolled in school.
- If you have only one student at PJP, try using option number 1 (or 2 if the teacher has set that up).
- If you have more than one student, you might want to try option 3. If you use options 1 or 2 (if available), then you will receive as many notices as you have children at PJP (and signed up for).
1) Sign up for an RSS feed, by clicking on the button at the bottom of their home page.
2) If your teacher has a NewsFlash Page, sign-up for email & text message updates!
3) Use MyTeacherWeb - which allows parents and students to track multiple teachers from a single site! Go to www.MyTeacherWeb.com, and sign up. It asks for a lot of information, but sends you a confirmation e-mail with a link to confirm and log on. You have to add each teacher separately, but once you do, it will send you a notice anytime a teacher has updated any of the pages on their website.
If you have any questions regarding these options, please contact Mrs. Walsh.
